Porta Mouldings on the Central Coast, NSW, is hiring for Night Shift Production/Manufacturing Operators. You will support production lines, learn products, processes and quality standards, and gain hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment.

Production/Manufacturing Operators - Night Shift

About the role:

• Night Shift runs from 10.30pm to 6.36am Sunday to Thursday
• Support our production lines while learning our products, processes, and quality standard
• Develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Receive training to build your knowledge and confidence on the production floor.
• For motivated employees, gain the opportunity to operate our state-of-the-art production machinery.
• Be part of a supportive team with opportunities to grow your skills and take on new responsibilities.

About you:

• Have previous experience in machine operation or working within a production/warehouse environment
• Have experience in a packing role (an advantage)
• Be looking for a long-term career opportunity
• Have excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
• Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
• Be reliable and motivated to do your best every day

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, vision, drug and alcohol testing.
