Porta Mouldings in New South Wales is seeking Production/Machine Operators for a Night Shift to support our production lines and learn our products, processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required.
• Experience operating machines or working in production/warehouse environments.
• Experience in packing is a plus.

Production/Machine Operators - Night Shift

About the role:

• Night Shift runs from 10.30pm to 6.36am Sunday to Thursday
• Support our production lines while learning our products, processes, and quality standard
• Develop hands‑on skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Receive training to build your knowledge and confidence on the production floor.
• For motivated employees, gain the opportunity to operate our state‑of‑the‑art production machinery.
• Be part of a supportive team with opportunities to grow your skills and take on new responsibilities.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high‑quality production environment.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have a forklift license
• Have previous experience in machine operation or working within a production/warehouse environment
• Have experience in a packing role (an advantage)
• Be looking for a long‑term career opportunity
• Have excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
• Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
• Be reliable and motivated to do your best every day

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre‑employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, vision, drug and alcohol testing.
