Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a Production Manager in Brisbane to lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality service while fostering an inclusive workplace. You will oversee planning, resource allocation, quality assurance and customer outcomes, with a focus on developing vocational skills and structured training for employees supported by the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipting of all product movement for the service to ensure stock flow within your area
• Assist in providing accurate quotes to customers to ensure competitiveness.
• Ensure the service meets all quoted deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in the Coordination of quality control processes applicable to your area to ensure compliance
• Communicate effectively with the Organisations Quality Manager to enable policies and procedures to be identified, developed and maintained whilst ensuring the continuous improvement process is communicated, promoted and adhered to
• Maintain and manage budgets to ensure performance targets meet organisational expectations
• Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating production systems to ensure maximum production potential is fully utilised.

• Possession of a current driver’s licence
• Possess, or be eligible to obtain: Blue Card for Working with Children
• Yellow Card NDIS Worker Screening
• National Police Certificate.
• Further qualifications - HACCP Desirable
