Job summary

ARCSTRUCTURAL PTY LTD is seeking a Production Manager for our structural steel fabrication workshop. You will own the production flow, coordinating between the project team and the workshop floor to keep jobs moving smoothly and on budget.

You will act as the primary link among Project Managers, Engineers and the workshop, translating requirements into actionable production plans while maintaining quality and safety on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact between Project Managers/Engineers and the workshop, ensuring project requirements translate smoothly into production
• Own the production schedule and coordinate day-to-day logistics and resourcing to keep jobs moving on time and on budget
• Prepare and release fabrication packs to the workshop floor
• Manage supplier relationships and follow up on deliveries to avoid production delays
• Liaise & work closely with the Foreman and workshop team to manage workflow and priorities
• Monitor stock and resourcing levels, proactively flagging any gaps that could affect the schedule
• Resolve production bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are maintained on the workshop floor
