Reporting to a senior manufacturing leader, you will coach frontline Team Leaders, build a high-performing team culture, and drive practical improvements on the production floor.

Skills and Experience

• Proven production management experience within manual assembly or electromechanical manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and production employees
• Strong people management capability, including performance management, conflict resolution and employee engagement
• Experience in quality‑driven, regulated manufacturing environments; medical device experience highly regarded
