Job summary

Aston Advantage is growing and seeks a hands-on production leader for its specialised CNC tube bending operation serving hydraulic, industrial and aerospace customers. You will own production scheduling, workflow and delivery while building the systems and accountability needed for continued growth.

Experience in CNC/precision manufacturing with strong ERP, capacity planning and people leadership will help you turn demand into output and drive DIFOT improvements as the operation scales.

• Led production in CNC, precision or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Skilled in scheduling, capacity planning and bottleneck removal.

Responsibilities

• Drive production scheduling, workflow, output and delivery while building systems and accountability to support growth.
• Lead hands-on with workshop team, maintenance, purchasing, QA and customers to solve problems and improve performance.
• Build capability and systems to scale the operation as the business grows.

Opportunity: The business is growing — production needs to grow with it. Take ownership of a specialised CNC tube bending operation supplying hydraulic, industrial and aerospace customers. You’ll drive production scheduling, workflow, output and delivery while building the systems, capability and accountability needed to support continued growth.

Experience: You’ve led production in a CNC, precision or advanced manufacturing environment and know how to turn demand into output. You’ll be strong across scheduling, ERP, capacity planning and people performance, with the commercial judgement to remove bottlenecks, improve DIFOT, reduce NCRs and keep the workshop moving.
