Job summary

Porta Mouldings in New South Wales is seeking a Production Machine Operator for day shift to support our production lines and learn our processes. You will gain hands-on experience with our production machinery, tools and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have prior machine operation or production experience, a strong eye for detail, and a commitment to safety and reliability. This is a long-term opportunity within a supportive team near Gosford.

Production Machine Operators - Day Shift

About the role:

• Day Shift runs from 6.30am to 2.36pm Monday to Friday.
• Support our production lines while learning our products, processes, and quality standard
• Develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Receive training to build your knowledge and confidence on the production floor.
• For motivated employees, gain the opportunity to operate our state-of-the-art production machinery.

• Contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have previous experience in machine operation or working within a production/warehouse or glass environment
• Be looking for a long-term career opportunity
• Have excellent attention to detail, quality and safety
• Be physically fit to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
• Be reliable and motivated to do your best every day

As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric, vision, drug and alcohol testing.
