Fuse Recruitment is seeking Production Machine Operators for a busy manufacturing operation producing health and wellness products on the Gold Coast. The roles offer 38+ hours per week with casual opportunities and flexible hours between 6 am and 6 pm.

You will operate and monitor machinery, assist with cleaning and packing, and help maintain GMP hygiene and safety standards. This hands-on role requires reliability, teamwork and a practical approach.

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Production Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing operation, with casual opportunities available for immediate starts. Offering 38+ hours per week, these roles are ideal for people with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things properly.

With a strong focus on maintaining manufacturing standards, workplace safety and efficient production processes, they are expanding their production workforce and looking for dependable operators to join the team.
This is a hands-on environment where teamwork and flexibility are key. You'll be expected to get involved wherever needed, whether that's operating machinery, cleaning equipment or assisting with other production activities. We're looking for people who take a practical approach to work and are happy to roll up their sleeves to help the team succeed.

Duties and responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to support efficient manufacturing operations and daily production targets.
• Clean machinery, equipment and production areas in accordance with hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with general production activities, including product handling, packing, labelling and other tasks as required.
• Monitor product quality and identify defects, inconsistencies or issues during the manufacturing process.
• Follow established procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), hygiene and quality control requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace while supporting the wider team wherever needed.

We are looking for someone with

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production or machine operation.
• Experience within food and beverage, pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing.
• A flexible, hands-on attitude and willingness to assist with any reasonable production task.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of hygiene, quality and workplace safety.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Availability to work 38+ hours per week, with flexibility across a 6 am to 6 pm operating window preferred.
