Job summary

Programmed is seeking Process Workers for its Orchard Hills site in NSW. This casual, ongoing role involves working on the production line, handling finished products, stacking pallets, and ensuring the production process runs smoothly.

You will perform repetitive manual handling, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with machine operators and the production team to meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, process work, or warehousing experience preferred.
• Able to perform repetitive manual handling.
• Physically fit for a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform repetitive production duties.
• Available for ongoing work.

Responsibilities

• Operate on a fast-paced production line.
• Remove finished products from the line.
• Stack and arrange finished products on pallets.
• Replenish raw materials for production.
• Perform manual handling including lifting and carrying.
• Wrap and prepare pallets for movement or dispatch.
• Conduct basic quality checks on finished products.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized.
• Follow site safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with machine operators and production team.
