Job summary

Programmed GO in Orchard Hills, NSW is seeking hands-on Process Workers for a busy manufacturing site. You will work on the production line, handle finished products, prepare pallets and help maintain a smooth production flow.

Shifts include AM 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Fri 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM; PM 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Fri 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Rates are $33.05/hour for AM and $39.66/hour for PM. This casual, ongoing role emphasizes safety, reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, or warehousing is highly regarded.
Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling throughout the shift.
Physically fit and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to undertake repetitive production duties.
Available for ongoing work.

Responsibilities

Working on a fast-paced production line.
Removing finished products from the production line.
Stacking and arranging finished products safely onto pallets.
Replenishing and refilling raw materials required for production.
Performing manual handling, including lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving products.
Wrapping and preparing pallets for movement or dispatch.
Conducting basic quality checks on finished products.
Keeping production and work areas clean, safe, and organised.
Following all site safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.
Working closely with machine operators and other production team members.
