Job summary

Programmed is recruiting for Process Workers in NSW, Australia. This hands-on role is based on two shifts (AM and PM) with ongoing casual opportunities in a busy manufacturing and packaging environment.

You will work on the production line, manage pallets, and help ensure continuous production flow. The position requires experience in manufacturing, a willingness to perform repetitive manual handling, and a strong commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, or warehousing is highly regarded.
• Comfortable performing repetitive manual handling throughout the shift.
• Physically fit and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake repetitive production duties.
• Available for ongoing work.

Responsibilities

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Removing finished products from the production line
• Stacking and arranging finished products safely onto pallets
• Replenishing and refilling raw materials required for production
• Performing manual handling, including lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving products
• Wrapping and preparing pallets for movement or dispatch
• Conducting basic quality checks on finished products
• Keeping production and work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Following all site safety procedures and manufacturing requirements
• Working closely with machine operators and other production team members
