MineARC Systems is seeking a hands-on Production Manager in Western Australia. You will lead the manufacturing team, own the production schedule, and drive safe, efficient manufacturing across multiple sites.

Focus on KPI delivery, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in Production Management, strong leadership, and a track record of operational excellence in manufacturing environments.

Competenze

• 3–5 years experience as Production Manager in manufacturing
• Proven ability to schedule and manage production workflows
• Strong leadership, planning and communication in technical environments
• Experience improving production processes and KPI delivery

Mansioni

• Schedule product builds and allocate personnel
• Manage manufacturing staff to hit KPIs
• Contribute to annual business plans and set team goals
• Operate within budgets for expenses and assets
• Run daily prestart meetings and toolbox talks
• Collaborate with Engineering/Marketing on manuals and sticker kits
• Ensure workflow processes and build sign-offs are followed
• Review and drive product improvements and ECRs with Engineering
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Liaise with external contractors and MineARC facilities
• Support safe, high-morale culture and performance reviews
• Coordinate production tracking and quality control reporting
• Develop work instructions for production operations
• Continually improve processes for cost efficiency
• Maintain documentation control for manuals and drawings
• Assist Engineering in new/existing product designs
• Maintain housekeeping standards
