Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role.
• People-focused leader capable of motivating, coaching and developing teams.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong planning, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Effective communicator with a customer-focused mindset and good MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities across multiple manufacturing lines to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical support to Team Leaders and operators.
• Conduct regular safety walks, identify hazards, and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Champion housekeeping standards and operational discipline.
• Own quality performance, investigations, NCAs, corrective actions, and quality improvements.
• Analyze production, quality, and OEE data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate investigations into recurring defects and production issues.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
