Job summary

TSHR is seeking a commercially minded Production Manager to optimize production across multiple brands, improve margins and reduce lead times. You will drive supplier performance, oversee day-to-day production, and lead PIM/PLM system initiatives to create a more connected, scalable operation.

You will collaborate with creative, commercial and operational teams to ensure on-time, on-budget product delivery while maintaining design integrity and quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in production management within apparel or consumer products.
• Experience driving cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
• Knowledge of product development and lead-time reduction.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with creative, commercial and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Cost optimisation: negotiate with suppliers and optimise components for lower COGS.
• Oversee day-to-day production and supplier relationships to meet cost and delivery targets.
• Reduce sampling, development and manufacturing lead times; streamline workflows.
• Lead PIM/PLM implementation to improve data accuracy and processes.
• Direct Production & Compliance coordination and team development.
• Collaborate with creative, commercial, finance, operations and IT stakeholders.
