Austal, based in Cairns, is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure Supervisors and Contractors are provided with and understand a clear plan to deliver on responsibilities, outlining timeframes and quality standards to meet schedule, cost and safety targets.
You will collaborate with Supervisors, coordinate subcontractors, monitor procedures, escalate issues, and support QA with continual improvement and HSEQ compliance, while guiding team performance and coaching others.
Based in Cairns, the Production Coordinator will be accountable for ensuring Supervisors and Contractors are provided with and understand a clear plan to deliver on their responsibilities, outlining specific time frames and quality standards required to deliver work scopes to schedule, cost and quality targets. Coordinators are required to work collaboratively with the Supervisors to allow them to provide deliverables to schedule, in full, to quality and to budget, all in a safe working environment.
