Job summary

DECJUBA is seeking an experienced Retail Production Coordinator to join the accessories team in Australia. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will manage production from concept to delivery, ensure CP deadlines, and help achieve margin targets in line with DECJUBA standards.

The role suits an enthusiastic, driven individual with apparel experience and strong Excel skills, eager to collaborate with Buying, QA, and Shipping teams to drive smooth product flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional processes across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Maintain WIP documents and provide product tracking transparency.
• Communicate with suppliers to meet key performance criteria (Delivery, Price, Quality, Service).
• Coordinate tasks to meet Critical Path dates.
• Negotiate supplier prices to achieve margin targets.
• Collaborate with Buying, Production, QA, Compliance and Shipping teams.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced retail Production Coordinator to join our accessories team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will manage the production process to ensure that each style is meeting CP deadlines, achieving margin targets, and is executed in line with DECJUBA standards. This role will suit an enthusiastic and driven individual who is eager to build on their existing apparel experience with an iconic Australian brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co‑ordinate cross functional processes, managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
• Maintain WIP documents and provide product tracking transparency.
• Supplier communication and management to deliver against key performance criteria. (Delivery, Price, Quality, Service)
• Coordinate and execute tasks meeting Critical Path dates.
• Supplier price negotiation achieving Margin Targets
• Key internal relationships with Buying, Production, QA, Compliance, Shipping.

ABOUT YOU

• You have impeccable time management and prioritisation skills
• You’re a strong and open communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accessories production roles
• You’re passionate and driven to facilitate the day to day interactions with all stakeholders
• Will have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Confident and strong working in Excel and all Microsoft Office Software Programs
• Experience in APPAREL 21 Software Program
• Have the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a team, whilst also having the confidence to manage your work load and day to day responsibilities
