Job summary

DECJUBA is seeking a Senior Creative Stylist to define and elevate our styling across campaigns, content, social and brand. You’ll shape fashion-forward looks from campaigns to product launches, translating seasonal collections into distinctive stories that feel distinctly DECJUBA.

The role requires a proven senior styling track record, a bold creative voice, and on-set leadership across shoots with photographers, talent and production teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Senior Stylist experience with a strong portfolio across campaigns, eCommerce, editorial and/or social.
• Distincitve creative point of view across fashion campaigns and looks.
• Deep knowledge of fashion, styling, trends, culture and visual storytelling.

Someone who can look at a rack of clothes and see the campaign. This is an opportunity to help define how DECJUBA shows up visually across campaigns, content, social, eCommerce and brand, bringing together fashion, culture, commerciality and a healthy dose of attitude.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Senior Creative Stylist, you’ll be a key creative voice within the team, owning and evolving DECJUBA’s styling point of view across our most important brand and commercial moments.

From campaign and editorial shoots to social, eCommerce, talent and product launches, you’ll translate seasonal collections and creative concepts into distinctive, desirable fashion stories that feel unmistakably DECJUBA.

Working closely across Creative, Brand, Content, Marketing, Buying, Design, Digital and Merchandise, you’ll balance creative instinct with commercial thinking and constantly ask: How can we make this feel even more DECJUBA? From the first mood board to the final image, you’ll help raise the creative bar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and evolve DECJUBA’s styling point of view across campaigns, eCommerce, social, content and brand.
• Translate seasonal collections and creative concepts into fashion-forward, commercially relevant looks.
• Partner with creative teams from concept and mood boarding through to final execution.
• Lead styling on set across campaign, editorial, talent, influencer and content shoots.
• Build looks, manage samples and ensure every styling detail is considered and executed.
• Bring fresh inspiration from fashion, culture, street style, creators and emerging trends into the business.
• Challenge briefs and explore unexpected styling ideas, talent, locations and visual approaches.
• Balance creative impact with commercial objectives, creating work that inspires customers and sells product.
• Collaborate closely across Creative, Brand, Content, Digital, Buying, Design and Merchandise.
• Help elevate styling standards, creative ways of working and the capability of those around you.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with taste, curiosity, confidence and a bloody good eye. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Stylist, Creative Stylist, Fashion Stylist, Fashion Editor or similar senior fashion creative.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a distinctive creative point of view across fashion campaigns, eCommerce, editorial and/or social.
• Deep knowledge of fashion, styling, trends, culture and visual storytelling, with the confidence to interpret trends rather than simply follow them.
• Strong on-set experience, including shoot preparation, look building, sample management and working with photographers, talent, hair, make-up and production teams.
• The ability to take a creative brief and elevate it through styling, ideas and considered execution.
• A commercial mindset and genuine understanding of what makes fashion desirable, relatable and relevant to the customer.
• Strong organisation and production skills, with the ability to deliver creatively in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative approach, strong opinions loosely held, and the confidence to challenge ideas while staying open to feedback and fresh thinking.
