McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

About the Role

We’re currently seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our operations in Pittsworth. This is a full-time role, working on a rotating 7-day fortnight roster that includes every second weekend. Shifts are scheduled between 5:30am and 5:00pm, depending on daily operational needs.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform pre-operative checks, and ensure equipment is set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule.
• Grade Eggs inline with the procedures in place.
• Replenishment of packaging.
• Prepare, label or stack finished boxes.
• Following all work instructions.
• Following all food safety regulations and SOP’s.
• Assist in other areas of the Grading Facility when required.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience with production work in the food industry preferred.
• A technical and problem-solving attitude towards food manufacturing is desired.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Flexible in a shift work environment.
• Follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures.
