Job summary

Ally Fashion in Sydney seeks a Production Assistant to join the Buying team. You will support the development and production process from sampling to bulk delivery, coordinating daily garment production and liaising with suppliers.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and good communication. Proficiency in Excel and a proactive, learn-fast attitude are essential for success at Ally Fashion.

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Buying team! The Production Assistant supports the buying team in managing the development and production process from sampling through to bulk delivery.

What you’ll do:

Support the team with the day-to-day coordination of garment production.

Assist with purchase orders, production trackers and timelines.

Track samples and follow up with suppliers on production updates.

Maintain accurate product, costing and production information.

Assist with packaging, labelling and quality requirements.

Work closely with the Buying team to help ensure products are delivered on time.

What we are looking for:

Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Good communication and time-management skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

An interest in fashion, garments and the production process.

A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
