Job summary

Ally Fashion is seeking an energetic Casual Sales Assistant for our Penrith store to deliver an amazing customer experience, build rapport with regular shoppers, and provide fashion consultation in a friendly, professional manner.

You will work across the sales floor, front register, fitting rooms, and store reserves, staying on top of stock, supporting visual merchandising, and helping drive store sales with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail (fashion preferable).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Proactive, hands-on, and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and understand customer needs to drive sales.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and at the front register.
• Support in in-store visual merchandising and daily store duties.
