Job summary

Workforce Extensions is seeking Commercial Duct Assemblers / Factory Assemblers for an immediate start in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on assembling ductwork and components using rivet guns, drills and basic tools. No prior duct experience is required; general assembly or factory work is acceptable.

You will join a busy production team, perform manual handling, and follow safety and quality procedures with diligence.

Qualifications

Workforce Extensions Parramatta is currently seeking Commercial Duct Assemblers / Factory Assemblers for an immediate start with a busy and growing manufacturer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and want big hours, consistent work and plenty of paid overtime.

You DO NOT need previous duct assembly experience. If you have general assembly, manufacturing or factory experience and are confident using basic hand and power tools, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling commercial ductwork and components.

Your duties will include:

• Assembly of commercial ductwork and components

• Using rivet guns, drills and basic hand/power tools

• Joining and fastening metal components

• Measuring and aligning components for assembly

• General factory and production duties

• Manual handling

• Working as part of a busy production team

• Following workplace safety and quality procedures

Hours

This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn great money through overtime.

• 10-hour shifts

• 5–6 days per week

• 50–60 hours available per week

• Paid overtime and applicable penalty rates
