Job summary

Bunnings Frame & Truss at the Minto manufacturing site is seeking a Production Support Team Member to assist administration, payroll documentation, invoicing and stock control. You will work with site and regional teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate records.

You will gain exposure to production systems and business processes, with opportunities to learn and grow in a collaborative, safety-focused environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration, customer service or support role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Confident with data, reports and documentation.
• Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and collaborative teamwork.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics or Frame & Truss environments is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.
• Prepare, process and manage production paperwork in Frame & Truss systems.
• Assist with invoicing, payroll processing, purchase orders and stock administration.
• Support reporting, data entry, reconciliations and record keeping.
• Collaborate with Production, Customer Experience, Technical, Sales and Finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service efficiency.
• Contribute to a safe workplace by supporting health and safety activities.
