At Bunnings Frame & Truss, no two days are the same. Based at our Minto manufacturing site, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations, customer service, administration, and site coordination, helping keep our manufacturing processes running smoothly from start to finish.
As a Production Support Team Member, you'll work closely with site and regional teams, supporting everything from production documentation and payroll administration to stock control, invoicing and customer enquiries. You'll be joining a collaborative team where you'll gain exposure to manufacturing operations, production systems and business processes, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

You're someone who enjoys staying organised, takes pride in accuracy and enjoys supporting a team to achieve great outcomes. You can balance multiple priorities, communicate confidently with a variety of stakeholders, and have a proactive approach to solving problems.
You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork, customer focus and continuous improvement are valued. Whether your background is in administration, customer service, reception, manufacturing support or a similar environment, you'll bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
An interest in manufacturing, construction, logistics or the building industry will help you get up to speed, but what's most important is your ability to build relationships, stay organised and keep things moving.
