Job summary

NEC Corporation, operating as NEC Australia, is seeking an experienced Product Solutions Engineer to lead technical architecture and solutions across our Public Safety portfolio. You will work with Product Managers, Engineering and customers to influence roadmaps and deliver innovative, scalable solutions for emergency services across ANZ.

You will define standards, develop design guides and run demonstrations, while aligning with project milestones and customer requirements in a dynamic,

Qualifications

10+ years' experience across software, systems, infrastructure or solution engineering environments.
Significant experience in Solution Architecture, Software Architecture or Senior Software Engineering roles.
Experience providing technical leadership and influencing technology strategy.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and product-based business models.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with structured project environments and delivering to milestones.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across applications and infrastructure.
Exposure to CAD, critical communications or emergency response systems.
Knowledge of radio technologies (UHF/VHF, PTToC, P25).

NEC Australia is seeking an experienced Product Solutions Engineer to provide technical leadership across our Public Safety solutions portfolio. Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Pre-Sales and customers, you'll help define product architecture, influence roadmaps, and deliver innovative solutions that support emergency services and critical response agencies across ANZ.

Exposure to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), critical communications or emergency response systems.
Knowledge of radio technologies including UHF/VHF, PTToC and P25.
Experience within PABX, IP Telephony or Contact Centre environments.
