Job summary

Anduril Industries in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Product Quality Engineer (Testing) to define, develop, and execute processes ensuring high-quality, reliable Dive-XL products. You will support Manufacturing Test, Production, and Engineering teams to meet quality objectives, investigate issues, and drive corrective actions across the QMS.

The role requires knowledge of aerospace/defense hardware, FMEA/APQP/PPAP concepts, and hands-on testing experience, with a strong ownership mindset and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense hardware.
• Experience driving product quality and test system development.
• Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP elements (MSA, GD&T).
• Experience with mechanical/electrical test processes.
• Strong ownership and project delivery capability.
• Ability to obtain NV2 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine processes for incoming, in-process, and end-of-line inspection.
• Support factory acceptance testing through procedure refinement and troubleshooting.
• Develop manufacturing and test work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects for productivity and quality gains.
• Develop test methods to validate mechanical and electrical systems.
• Support internal/external audits of processes and procedures.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions in testing.
