Toyota Finance Australia is transforming value delivery through product-led thinking, seeking a seasoned Product Practice Lead to embed and mature product management across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Lean Agile CoE, you will be custodian of product best practices, partnering with PMs, POs, Domain Leaders and delivery teams to build customer-centric, outcome-focused ways of working.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Management and Product Leadership.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Experienced in Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement from delivery teams to exec leadership.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, customer-centric design and outcome measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Toyota Finance Australia's Product Practice capability and strategy.
• Champion modern product management approaches and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Develop and embed frameworks covering product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, prioritisation, backlogs and value measurement.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Domain stakeholders.
• Establish Communities of Practice to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Align product thinking with strategic business outcomes with senior leadership.
• Assess and uplift organisational product maturity through governance and capability development.
• Promote customer-centric and outcome-based delivery across teams and domains.
