Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is transforming how we deliver value through product-led thinking. We’re seeking a seasoned Product Practice Lead to embed and mature product management across the organisation, reporting to the Head of Lean Agile Centre of Excellence.

You will coach and mentor Product Managers and Owners, establish frameworks, and drive maturity through governance and capability development, partnering with senior leaders to align product thinking with strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Leadership, Coaching or Product Operations.
Proven success building or improving product practices, frameworks and operating models.
Strong coaching and mentoring with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working within Agile or Scaled Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve Toyota Finance Australia's Product Practice capability and strategy.
Champion modern product management approaches, facilitating the adoption of best practice and AI-enabled ways of working.
Develop and embed frameworks covering product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, prioritisation, backlogs and value measurement.
Coach and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts and Domain stakeholders.
Establish and facilitate thriving Communities of Practice that encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
