Job summary

Toyota Finance Australia is transforming the way we deliver value through product-led thinking, and we are seeking a seasoned Product Practice Lead to embed and mature product management across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Lean Agile Centre of Excellence, you will coach and mentor practitioners, establish standards, and drive the evolution of product maturity, helping teams focus on outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Product Management, Leadership, Coaching or Operations.
Proven ability to build or improve product frameworks and operating models.
Strong coaching, mentoring and influence without authority.
Experience in Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
Excellent stakeholder engagement from delivery teams to executives.
Knowledge of discovery, customer-centric design and value measurement.
SAFe certifications or related product qualifications are valued.

Responsibilities

Lead and evolve Toyota Finance Australia’s Product Practice strategy.
Champion modern product management and AI-enabled ways of working.
Develop and embed frameworks for strategy, roadmaps, discovery, prioritisation and backlogs.
Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, Analysts and Domain stakeholders.
Establish Communities of Practice to drive collaboration and improvement.
Partner with senior leaders to align product thinking with business outcomes.
Assess maturity and drive governance and capability development.
Promote customer-centricity and outcome-based delivery across teams.
