Commonwealth Bank seeks a Technical Product Owner for the Engineering Productivity Zone (EPZ) to own the secure engineering ecosystem. You’ll translate engineer needs into a clear product strategy while balancing developer experience, security, and risk controls.

Join a large technology environment, shape roadmaps, OKRs, and drive modern tooling across AWS/Azure, DevOps, identity, and platform services. Your leadership will enable fast, compliant delivery for thousands of engineers.

Formación

• Hands-on software/platform/DevOps experience with product ownership or senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering practices and tools like GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC and Config-as-Code.
• Experience delivering in regulated environments with Cyber Security, Risk and Audit.
• Ability to translate technical/security concerns into clear business decisions.

• Own EPZ product vision, strategy, and backlog with clear outcomes.
• Translate engineer needs into actionable product improvements.
• Drive secure, scalable end-to-end platform migrations and deployments.
• Balance developer experience with security controls and risk management.
