Job summary

iSelect Ltd, in partnership with Compare the Market, is seeking an Energy Product Owner to drive the evolution of our energy comparison experience across digital and call centre channels. Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Product Analysis within retail energy, utilities, comparison services, or a similar customer-focused industry.
• Strong analytical capability, with experience using customer, operational and commercial insights to identify opportunities, optimise performance and drive growth.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments, including managing product backlogs, prioritisation, user stories and sprint planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across business, technical and delivery teams.
• Experience using product and delivery tools such as Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with a strong focus on customer outcomes, continuous improvement and delivering measurable business value.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Energy Product Owner, you'll drive the evolution of our energy comparison experience across digital and call centre channels.
