Compare the Market and iSelect are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering – Commercial to lead the engineering direction across our Commercial portfolio. You will partner with Product and Delivery to align priorities and build capabilities that deliver great customer and business outcomes.

You will create an environment where teams can excel, balancing delivery, technical excellence, reliability and sustainable ways of working while coaching Engineering Managers and growing diverse talent.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Head of Engineering – Commercial provides strategic and people leadership across our Commercial engineering teams at iSelect and Compare the Market. Working through Engineering Managers and in close partnership with Product and Delivery, you’ll set engineering direction, align priorities and build the capability needed to deliver great customer and business outcomes.

You’ll create an environment where teams can do their best work, balancing delivery, technical excellence, reliability and sustainable ways of working.
