Job summary

TOM People partners with a leading financial services organisation to hire an experienced Product Owner for a major enterprise transformation. You will join a platform capability team supporting multiple product lines, shaping priorities and driving delivery outcomes across the business.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, delivery leads, business analysts and implementation partners to ensure initiatives are delivered.

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery ownership and delivery leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology, platform, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business areas.
• Ability to bridge business and technology teams to drive outcomes in complex environments.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance environments is highly regarded.

This role sits within a platform capability team supporting multiple product lines across the business. Rather than focusing on a single product, you'll be responsible for shaping priorities, driving delivery outcomes, and influencing decisions that have impact across the broader organisation.
