Qualifications

• 7+ years in application support, operations or a related field.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong ITIL framework knowledge.
• Experience with cloud-based and low-code environments.
• Proven ability to drive improvements and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 2 and Level 3 application and product support across business-critical software environments.
• Manage production incidents, escalations and complex issues to maintain availability.
• Drive Incident and Problem Management including root cause analysis and remediation.
• Coordinate and overseer production software releases with rollback procedures.
• Monitor application performance and identify reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with software development, product and platform engineering teams.
• Establish operational processes and service management practices.
• Mentor and develop technical support professionals.
• Work with stakeholders to manage operational risks and SLAs.
