Job summary

Q-CTRL in Sydney is seeking a mid-level Product Manager for Quantum Sensing to lead, own and launch a new product area, leveraging our quantum sensing capabilities and working with stakeholders across research, engineering, design and marketing.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will shape the product vision, roadmap and go-to-market strategy, driving cross-functional delivery in a technically ambitious environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management in quantum sensing, navigation, aerospace, defense, or related industry experience.
• Experience identifying market opportunities and executing on product roadmaps in alignment with broader organizational goals.
• Familiarity with crewed and uncrewed platforms in aviation and maritime contexts.
• Experience across hardware and software product development lifecycles, including qualification and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own the problem space and opportunities; maintain a figure-it-out mindset.
• Drive product development, roadmaps, and go-to-market strategy with engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Iterate on features based on customer data, feedback, and market trends to maximise customer impact.
• Guide platform features at scale using knowledge of product tech stacks in hardware and software.
