Job summary

Citi Australia and New Zealand is seeking a client-focused Product Manager for Platforms and Data Services who will own the strategic vision and execution of CitiDirect, CitiConnect, Onboarding, Data and AI solutions. You will lead commercialization for the full suite of PDS offerings and drive adoption across transaction banking clients.

The role requires strong collaboration with sales, client executives, and coverage teams, rigorous risk management, and the ability to translate client needs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services product or platform management.
• Experience in transaction banking, corporate or digital banking is highly desirable.
• A problem solver with a roll-up-your-sleeves and can-do attitude.
• Proven experience delivering large or complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• A strong communicator with clear written and verbal skills.
• Analytical and decisive with the ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
• Nice-to-haves: knowledge of corporate onboarding; ERP/TMS connectivity for banks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the strategic roadmap, development, launch and marketing for all PDS products in ANZ.
• Act as SME for CitiDirect, CitiConnect (API/Host-to-Host/ERP Integrators), Onboarding, Data, and AI.
• Partner with sales and client executives to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Translate client needs into compelling product value and competitive positioning.
• Manage day-to-day product delivery, client experience, and regulatory adherence.
• Contribute to product financial performance, revenue targets, and expenses.
• Represent Australia and New Zealand as the voice of clients in product enhancements.
• Engage in industry groups to support country-wide digitization efforts.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
