Toyota Finance Australia (TFA) is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the Domain Delivery team to translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and lead a team of Product Owners. You will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful value and drive transformation across the business.

Reporting to the Domain Owner, the role focuses on shaping product strategy, aligning roadmaps with organisational goals, and ensuring delivery teams focus on the highest-value

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Finance sector experience, with knowledge of lending and settlements.
• Experience in agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.

About the team

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Domain Delivery team and play a key role in driving business transformation through innovative product delivery. Reporting to the Domain Owner, you will translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, lead a team of Product Owners, and partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver meaningful value. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll influence senior stakeholders, shape product strategy, and ensure delivery teams remain focused on the highest-value outcomes.

• Shape Product Strategy Define and champion the product vision aligned to organisational goals.
• Develop and continuously refine product roadmaps.
• Prioritise initiatives, features and enablers to maximise business value.
• Ensure upcoming work is refined, scheduled and ready for delivery.
• Lead and Influence Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Drive business transformation through effective product leadership.
• Communicate product vision and roadmap to create alignment across teams.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Owners.
• Deliver Business Value Partner with stakeholders to understand and define value outcomes.
• Work closely with technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure product capabilities support business objectives and customer needs.

Your attributes

• We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery capability and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth experience in Product Ownership, Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Previously worked within the finance sector, working knowledge of Lending and settlements
• Prior experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience in Agile product design and delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders.
