Job summary

Australian Payments Plus is seeking a Product Manager for Merchants and Online to own end-to-end retail payment products, turning market insights into value. You will collaborate across Product, Marketing, Commercial and Operations to shape roadmaps and drive adoption within Australia's payments ecosystem.

You will have 3+ years in product management with card payments and e-commerce, and a track record delivering merchant propositions with acquirers and PSPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on card payments and e-commerce.
• Ability to use market research, user feedback, and product performance data to shape propositions and roadmaps.
• Experience developing and managing ecommerce payment products or merchant propositions, involving acquirers, PSPs and merchants.

Responsibilities

• Manage products across the lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimisation.
• Assess opportunities through feasibility analysis, business cases, and risk considerations.
• Develop product definitions and translate strategy into an outcome-based roadmap for eftpos merchant and online propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product performance and ensure customer outcomes.
• Gather insights on trends, needs and risks to shape propositions, positioning and development.
