Job summary

Australian Payments Plus Limited in Sydney is seeking a Product Manager for Merchants and Online products within the AP+ Retail Payments team. You will manage and evolve online payment products end-to-end, turning market and user insights into clear priorities and value.

Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Commercial and Operations to shape roadmaps, define requirements and drive adoption. The role requires at least three years in product management with card payments and e-commerce experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on card payments and e-commerce.
• Experience developing and managing ecommerce payment products or merchant propositions.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of payments products, technology and the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage products across the lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimisation.
• Assess opportunities via feasibility analysis, business cases, cost, impact and risk.
• Develop product definition and translate strategy into an outcome-based roadmap for eftpos merchant and online propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product performance and customer outcomes.
• Gather and communicate customer, market and product performance insights to shape propositions and priorities.
