Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Product Manager to help manage and improve home lending products, covering product changes, governance, risk and compliance. You will partner with teams across the bank to support customer and business outcomes in a permanent, full-time capacity.

Key experience includes banking product management, regulatory awareness, stakeholder collaboration and home lending knowledge. The role offers flexible work arrangements and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing products in banking, financial services or another regulated industry.
• Ability to analyse information and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Understanding of risk, governance and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Experience in home lending, mortgages or consumer banking is desirable.
