We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to support the sustainment, capability management and ongoing delivery of a complex Defence capability operating within a Joint environment.
Working across Defence, industry partners and international stakeholders, you will be responsible for managing product sustainment activities, coordinating in-service support arrangements, overseeing capability risks and ensuring support outcomes are delivered in accordance with Defence requirements, contractual obligations and operational needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the long-term sustainment and evolution of a critical Defence capability while contributing to future capability growth and transition activities.
As the Product Manager, you will lead product sustainment and capability support activities across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate stakeholders across engineering, logistics, commercial and operational functions to ensure the capability remains fit for purpose and capable of meeting Defence mission requirements.
You will provide oversight of support arrangements, governance activities, supplier performance and capability risks, while supporting the Capability Manager with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and future sustainment initiatives.
Experience within a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) environment and a strong understanding of Defence sustainment frameworks will be highly regarded.
You are an experienced Defence sustainment professional with strong product or fleet management experience and a proven ability to operate within complex stakeholder environments.
You enjoy working collaboratively across Defence, industry and support organisations and have the ability to balance operational, technical and commercial considerations to achieve successful capability outcomes.

Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with ITAR requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
