Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior product manager to lead AI-native workflows for our SaaS platform. You will own agent-based pipelines, design critique, and prototype interfaces while collaborating with engineers and customers across multiple regions.

You will drive roadmap prioritization and product adoption, delivering clear specifications and release automation. The role requires hands-on experience with modern AI tools, Figma/Linear/GitHub, and a proven track record in B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

  • AI-native operation: write production-grade prompts, author reusable agent skills, set up scheduled jobs, and judge what should be automated versus kept human
  • Deep working knowledge of agents, agentic software, AI-native workflows, and the changing product craft
  • Ability to verify AI output against ground truth and identify incorrect model output
  • Demonstrated agent workflows or automations designed and run
  • Strong UI design judgment regarding spacing, hierarchy, copy, and interaction
  • Ability to sketch, wireframe, or prototype interfaces
  • Accountability for shipped interface quality
  • Ability to give and receive design critique
  • Technical background through CS/engineering education or demonstrable self-taught experience
  • Comfortable answering data questions independently
  • Ability to read and reason about APIs, integrations, and system architecture
  • Proven ability to manage time across competing priorities autonomously
  • Experience running multiple concurrent projects or product areas
  • Bias to action and ability to unblock work independently
  • Outstanding written English
  • Ability to communicate with customers, engineers, and executives and translate between technical and business contexts
  • Completed written exercise and verbal discussion
  • Approximately 4 years owning product outcomes is a guide; 4–6 years of solid product management experience in SaaS desired
  • Excellent product judgment and discovery skills
  • Strong track record shipping products customers use
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and self-built agentic workflows
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS valuable
  • Bonus: care/health/disability/workforce management domain experience
  • Bonus: Hands-on with Figma, Linear, GitHub, LaunchDarkly, or HubSpot

Responsibilities

  • Run the AI operating system and own agent workflows across the product pipeline from customer request through release
  • Write prompts, reusable skills, and scheduled cron jobs; review agent output; decide automation vs human ownership; improve weekly
  • Set the UI design quality bar and partner with design on interaction and visual detail
  • Sketch, wireframe, or prototype ideas and lead design critique
  • Read APIs, query data, understand the data model, and reason about trade-offs with engineers
  • Write clear specifications for engineering
  • Prioritise the roadmap using revenue, churn, at-risk deals, support volume, and regional/global factors
  • Write product blurbs, announcements, and help-article drafts in plain language
  • Own product adoption as well as delivery
  • Own and groom the Linear backlog with user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements
  • Run refinement, planning, and reviews; keep work unblocked; make real-time scoping decisions
  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback via support conversations, testing, and direct contact
  • Track adoption, engagement, retention, and feature-flag rollout state across regions
  • Use measurement to decide what to build, improve, or retire
  • Rapidly prototype in Cursor and Claude Code; generate PRDs and Linear tickets; support QA with AI; automate release workflows
