Sonder is seeking a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for the Sonder member app, driving continuous, connected care with AI-powered features. You will work within a small, passionate team to expand offerings and align them with employer customer needs.

The role suits an experienced PM or a Senior PM ready to scale, with strong collaboration across engineering, sales, CS, and marketing, and a commitment to improving members’ lives through thoughtful product decisions.

Qualifications

• Track record owning a consumer-facing mobile product and driving outcomes, not just shipping features.
• Experience defining and owning a product roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Ability to explain trade-offs to engineers, customers, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and leadership.
• Confidence with customers, co-designing with clients and running user research with end users.
• Experience owning initiatives end-to-end across engineering teams to go-to-market with sales, customer success and marketing.
• Practical fluency with AI in workflow, prototyping, PRDs, research and presenting to users with trust in mind.
• Care for people the product serves and motivation to make a real difference to members' lives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the Sonder member app and move from episodic support to continuous, connected care.
• Lead care plans, AI-powered guidance, and new product add-ons our employer customers choose to buy.
• Work in a small, passionate team to scale the product for over a million members.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, product, sales, and marketing to ship end-to-end initiatives.
