Instant is building the world’s first AI-powered marketing manager for ecommerce. This pivotal role focuses on identifying merchant problems, delivering high-impact AI features, and scaling revenue with AI-driven strategies across a rapidly growing platform.

You will collaborate with a close-knit engineering team to run 8–10 concurrent projects per engineer, ship features almost daily, and continuously optimize for revenue. If you’re ambitious and product-minded, join us in Sydney.

Responsabilités

• Find the problems that matter most to merchants and leapfrog competition.
• Run a roadmap of multiple projects per engineer, keeping momentum across teams.
• Build an AI marketing team for every merchant and align team vision.
• Talk to merchants/customers to identify how AI can scale revenue for Instant.
• Ship new AI features rapidly and validate ideas with data.
• Test ideas, keep what works, drop what doesn’t, and learn fast.

What you'll be doing:

• Find the problems that matter most to merchants, and be continuously obsessed with not solving solving them, but leapfrogging every other solution on the market today.
• Our engineers build with AI agents, so each engineer now does the work of a whole team. That changes your job. You will not plan one project per engineer. You will run a roadmap of 8 to 10 projects per engineer at the same time, and keep it all moving.
• We are building an AI marketing team for every merchant. Help your team see that future clearly and get excited to build it.
• Talk to our merchants/ customers. Find where AI can help scale their revenue even faster with Instant.
• Ship fast. Get new AI features to merchants quickly. Almost daily. Brands are buying our vision faster than ever. The challenge is moving at speed to deliver on it!
• Test everything. Try new ideas, prompts, models and product flows. Keep what works, drop what doesn’t, and learn fast.
• Own the results. Measure what matters, from AI quality to revenue. Share what you learn openly and change direction when the data says so.

You will work closely with Jesse, Brandon, Will, Iris, Debbie and our engineering team.
