Job summary

AccessEAP invites a Product Manager to shape digital services used by clients, clinicians and staff, turning complex health operations into scalable products. You\'ll own the roadmap from discovery to delivery within the Technology team.

You will collaborate across Clinical, Sales, Operations and Technology, translate needs into clear requirements, and drive measurable outcomes with stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital products in cross-functional teams.
• Ownership of roadmap and backlog from discovery to delivery.
• Ability to translate complex needs into practical product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-informed decision making.
• Healthcare or service-intensive background valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the digital product roadmap.
• Own the product backlog and refine user stories.
• Act as hands-on Product Owner for delivery teams.
• Partner with Clinical, Sales, Operations and Technology teams.
• Translate needs into delivery plans and measure outcomes.
• Support releases, adoption and post-launch improvements.
• Communicate alignment across competing priorities.
