Job summary

Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Product Lead for Lumen Tooling to shape the future of design-to-code tooling and AI-enabled workflows. You will guide product strategy, collaborate with design and engineering, and drive initiatives from discovery through production at scale.

You’ll lead the evolution of design tokens, components and patterns, ensuring accessibility and quality while enabling machines to understand and use the design system.

Qualifications

• Strong track record leading digital products, platforms or developer/design tooling from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to set ambitious product vision and translate it into focused strategies, roadmaps and experiments.
• Experience with design systems, tokens, components and patterns in digital products.

Responsibilities

• Set the product vision and strategy for Lumen Tooling and lead key questions in the design and engineering community.
• Shape how tokens, components, patterns and AI-ready foundations evolve for reliable AI use.
• Drive rapid prototyping and AI-native workflows to shorten idea-to-production time.
• Turn experiments into scalable products with strong reliability and integration into CommBank workflows.
