In this leadership role, you will mentor and develop Product Managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers while building high‑performing, collaborative teams.
• Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and end‑to‑end product execution.
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with product metrics, A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives.
• Ability to translate business goals, customer needs, and market insights into clear product strategies and actionable initiatives.
