Job summary

Immutable is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to help build Audience, our MarTech platform for game studios, in Sydney. You’ll own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Design, Data and our founders to ship customer-focused solutions.

We value 4+ years in a product-driven environment, strong TypeScript and Go skills (frontend and backend), and a bias for operational excellence. Start-up experience and an interest in gaming are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a product-driven engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Go, across frontend and backend.
• Empathy-driven communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and shipping customer-facing features.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from customer problem to live product delivery.
• Build attribution and measurement components and lifecycle/engagement tooling.
• Contribute to AI-powered features and orchestrations for product decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data and Founders across initiatives.
• Work with AI agents and modern tooling to ship reliable, scalable features.
