The Special Broadcasting Service Corporation (SBS) is seeking a Product Engagement Strategist to turn data and user research into actionable insights that improve how audiences experience SBS digital products.

You will work with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify friction, influence product decisions, and help define strategy, roadmaps and delivery. This is a development-oriented role designed to progress internal talent.

This role is classified as Level 4 (with annual pro-rata base salary range $99,377- $109,889) role under SBS Australia's current Enterprise Agreement. The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

The Role

Reporting to the Product Satisfaction Lead, the Product Engagement Strategist uses data and research to understand how people use SBS’s digital products, identify friction and recommend ways to improve their experience.
