Job summary

ReadyTech, a mission-critical software provider, is seeking a Product Discovery Lead to build our practice from the ground up. Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Hamilton (NZ), you’ll blend hands-on discovery with coaching to empower product teams and turn ambiguity into clear, evidence-based priorities.

You’ll conduct research, validate problems that matter to customers, and design self-serve processes so PMs across squads can run their own discovery.

Qualifications

• Experience in product discovery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to run and coach discovery activities across squads.
• Strong prioritisation and evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the Problem Validation gate in the discovery/delivery roadmap.
• Own the opportunity canvas practice for platform and squads.
• Set and maintain the quality bar for what enters the roadmap.
• Build a self-serve research process for PMs to run their own studies.
