Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Product Development Manager for a temporary fixed-term role up to 11 months to lead the development and delivery of station products and information that improve the customer experience across Sydney Trains.

The role collaborates with engineers, stakeholders and external suppliers to gather requirements, develop specifications, support product launches and ensure solutions are safe, compliant, high quality and fit for purpose.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business or engineering.
• Experience in product development and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage risks.

Responsibilities
